B-I triangle, Mission

  • At the base of B-I triangle, most important aspect
  • Though intangible, can't be seen or measured, we all have experience
    • e.g. we can identify someone selling to us just for commission, or helping to answer our needs
  • Be true to your mission, and others aligned with a similar mission will be attracted. Some would call this luck.
  • Every business needs a spiritual mission and business mission, otherwise it won't weather the trials of the first ten years and begins to die.
  • examples of spiritual mission:
    • Rich Dad: provide job opportunities to the poor whom he serves in his restaurants
    • Ford Motors: Democratize the automobile
    • General Electric: invent and innovate
    • Cashflow Company: to elevate financial well-being of mankind
